How to reduce work stress easily

Small changes in our daily habits can help us to stay productive all day long and beat that work stress. Here are some sure-fire ways to reduce work stress and boost your productivity every day:  
  1. Stick to the basics: Full 7 hours sleep, healthy breakfast, proper diet and exercise are all you need to get your routine set up for you. Start off with the basics and you will start to see changes in your habit soon.
  2. Have a schedule: Instead of randomly doing your day’s work, divide them up in schedules according to priority. It will allow you to work efficiently and reduce slacking off on pending work.
  3. Don’t bring your work home: Your home is your place for relaxation. Relax properly and recharge for the next productive day at the office. In the process of beating work stress, don’t bing it home. Make a habit of finishing office work in the office. It will allow you to get into a schedule and manage your time efficiently.
  4. Get out for a walk: Make 15 to 20 mins time every day for a walk. Get out of the office during the lunch break of walk before or after office. Avoid staring at one thing all day, get out in the fresh air.
  5. Have some me-time: Take a scheduled break every now and then. Check your social feeds, listen to some music, read that long-pending book. Your mental health is as important as your physical health.
